You summarized everything I was trying to say! I don't want someone for my looks, but my beauty on the inside, and I know there's some there! I'm just a very impatient person, but sometimes I'm not, and I want to find someone like, NOW!, and someone to love me for ME, NOW! You see what I mean? And I go to my library a lot, and I don't meet people like myself, who aren't shallow jerk only looking for someone who has good looks. And sometimes I wonder if I scare boys off, because like, I'm ugly to them. Not all boys are shallow, and neither are all hott boys. One of my best friends has a very pretty girlfriend and he's very hott, and he's not worthless and flakey at all. But I don't know, it takes time.

This is a dynamite entry, Tasj! I am thrilled for you that you have trusted the Lord enough to receive His gift of  the Holy Spirit, and tongues as well. My eldest daughter received the same gift/s when she was 17, after asking me to pray for her to receive them. It truly transforms a life in every  area.

    Lethargic, nice word. It's about this time of the year that my teachers get tired and begin giving us 'lab time' for the last 45 minutes of class. I think it's also a way to force people to do their homework so that the teacher has a good grade record for his students.

    I think you know me just fine. There isn't a hidden malicious side to me or anything. As long as you don't have a problem with the cigarette smoking and the raucous cursing at children I do constantly...And I may have to bring my flask to Canada as well, you know how I get when I don't have my whiskey. Also, once in a while I kick a small puppy for no reason. (I seem to enjoy teasing you about who I really am, don't I?).

Yes, you definetly want to get this checked out. Your heart and lungs are things you cannot live with out and are hard to get replaced. Something that is effecting them negatively needs to be checked out. You should probably go to a doctor anyway, but definetly get it checked out as soon as possible!

  I have no doubt from having read your entries before that you are a girl who knows where that line is meant to be placed....just be careful that someone doesn't sneak along and move that line on you without your knowing it.........keep a sharp eye, and you'll enjoy those times in the 'atmosphere' a lot more.

    Ditto to what Emmi said. (Not that I disagree with anyone else). Have you ever seen those girls who way overdo it with the accessories? Way too much makeup, clown lipstick, and drawn on eyebrows. Even the girls who know how to do it...well, that's not good enough. Someone needs to tell them, "You're trying too hard. You must not know who you are".

    You don't need makeup. You look fine. But when you do that thing where you lay your hair down in that perfect way, you're drop dead gorgous.

Your hair is perfect, your skin is beautiful, don't ever shave your legs oR you'll just encourage a stronger thicker growth, - If you asked Eli, I'm pretty sure he'll say that you're just perfect the way you are, and I'd AGREE!!

You'd only need to worry about the other stuff, if you're not satisfied with the way you are. The only make up I have never been able to live without is my lipstick - but even there I have to be careful that it's the easily removable variety, because the longlasting lipstick apparently causes cancer, according to a recent survey. By-the-way, You Don't Need make up.

I learned that difficult lesson at 15, after being operated on for apendicitis. I looked down at the mutilated right side of my tummy area and thought; ah! no more bikinis!! That's when I gave myself permission to stop being driven, just relax, and do the best I can at whatever, without obssessing!!

Funny how no longer being able to wear a bikini in public, can affect ones perception!!

    Those are some really cool pictures. I agree with your friends, the picture of you in the snow belongs in a movie. I like that hat and glasses.

    I used to shovel snow in my shorts in Indiana. I found that if I shoveled fast enough I didn't get cold and it was invigorating. Sandals are really stupid though.

To be really honest, I hate crowds, I learned how to speak in public, how to organise activities for an entire student body of 1000 students , how to raise and care for children, but I still hate crowds and large groups of people. On the inside, my first love is reading, especially the Bible. I love books and music. I don't think we need to interact with the rest of humanity, just with those who are closest to us, and those who cross our paths. I suspect Miss Tasjie, that you are perfect just the way you are!!

    'Christmasy' is not a word, but I guess I'll let it go. (Because I never make up words...-SARCASM POWER).

    Blogs are weird, even the name is weird. For some reason, Facebook isn't as popular as Myspace, which is shocking to me since Myspace sucks and Facebook is awesome. I find the concept of blogs interesting though. It's pretty abstract for people who are a bit older and are still waiting for this whole 'internet fad' to end (poor, poor diluded people)

You are so cute Tasj!!

It's fantastic that you are so involved with languages and music. My eldest daughter speaks fluent Spanish. She's taken 3 years of private Spanish lessons, honeymooned in Spain for a month,  and holidayed in Mexico for a month, also, her best friend is Italian - Greek  - and they coverse in Espanol all the time.

I learned French, years ago, have had no reason to use it over te years, so have lost the ability to converse - in French.

    Rolling r's is easy, it's those French r's that get to me. We have this lady at work named Najiba who's original language is French. I made her teach me to count to ten in French...I got to four, when I had to make that weird deep throat sound. 'S'il vous prait' is the only other thing she taught me that stuck in my head.

    I'm all signed up for Spring. Four computer classes and a hiking class with my old teacher. Three of the four computer classes last 3 1/3 hours, which is a sacrifice for only going one day a week.

    Got your phone call and your e-mail. I should probably get on yahoo and respond already. Four months and who knows how many e-mails. I still think you're a beautiful, amazing person.

    Don't blame yourself for not being as independent as you'd like to be. How you grew up (the youngest) probably has something to do with it. Influences always have an impact. But you and I know that life is about choices. You want something, but it seems like everyone is in your way, because they want to protect you. In the end, no matter what you do, they'll love you. I'll have to write back tomorrow...

I like you a lot Natasja. I don't see that changing any time soon.
